There are so many reasons to require our consultation services
Our consultants can resolve any problematic issues; no CCC, illegal building works, COA certification, and other historic building issues.
PACE Ltd consist of a professional team who can assess, quantify, and present an overview of your project and provide the solutions to complete it.
Our process starts with a site visit by a highly experienced LBP builder and building surveyor, to assess the project, and provide written documentation on where to from here.
Stage 1 - On-site meeting:
A meeting on-site with our senior building consultant to formulate a comprehensive report and solutions to rectify the issues onsite. We will work alongside council on your behalf for any required consent applications. A full report & proposal will be completed and put forward to the client for approval.
Stage 3 - Project Planning:
This includes further council liaison & design rectification (if required). It also includes getting all fixed item quotes, project management time-frames, contingency planning, financing requirements & providing a comprehensive costing schedule spreadsheet outlining all of the project planning details.
