PACE Ltd consist of a professional team who can assess, quantify, and present an overview of your renovation project and provide the solutions to complete it.
Our process starts with a site visit by a highly experienced LBP builder and building surveyor, to discuss and assess the renovation project, and provide written documentation on feasibility.
Stage 1 - On-site Meeting:
On site meeting with our senior building consultant to formulate a comprehensive report around all aspects of the renovation. This onsite meeting gives us an opportunity to obtain an in-depth understanding of the renovation work to be undertaken, and to ensure a comprehensive assessment can be completed
Stage 2 - Proposal:
A full renovation planning proposal will be formulated this will include pricing for:
Project pricing (after design is completed)
Financing planning (if required)
Agreement given by the client to proceed, and deposit paid.
Stage 3 - Design & Planning:
This stage includes multiple site visits to come up with the most cost-effective and aesthetically appealing design to get the most value from your property. We will work alongside council on your behalf for any required consent applications. It also includes getting all fixed item quotes, project management time-frames, contingency planning, financing requirements & providing a comprehensive costing schedule spreadsheet outlining all of the project planning details.
Stage 4 - Construction Phase:
Project management of all sub trades on site, obtain any required certification of works, provide project administration and project overview to client, ensure all the required works are carried out to achieve council acceptance, any council documentation completed and submitted to council as required.
Stage 5 - Completion of Works:
Completion of all renovation works: Any council consents are issued, resulting in a handover of your project.
