Stacy Basham

Co-Founder

Stacy is a 3rd generation builder with construction in his veins. With career that spans over 25 years in the industry, Stacy is a highly accomplished expert in a wide range of his sectors.

Stacy has built a significant and successful career in much the same way as a good building, with solid foundations and attention to detail.

Stacy served his time in a duel trade scenario early on in his career serving in construction and cabinetmaking simultaneously. With precision skills adopted from cabinetmaking, Stacy implemented these accuracies into his building resume, and developed significantly higher than usual attention to detail, enabling him an unrivaled ability to deliver the highest quality of project.

Stacy’s construction experience is wide and diverse. He has built and renovated more houses than he can count, and has an extensive commercial background. His commercial background includes types of projects such as petrol stations, schools, apartment blocks, high rise fit outs, shop-fitting, and much more.

Through all his experience Stacy has gained a Licensed Building Practitioners certification in the license categories of site 1 management and carpentry. Stacy has an in depth knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code, New Zealand Building Standards, and the processes to obtain compliance on buildings.

Stacy earned his first foreman’s role, running a large scale commercial retail fit-out at age 21, and from then, project management and leadership has become second nature.

In 2011 Stacy moved to Christchurch to assist with the earthquake recovery programme as a Senior Project Manager. Stacy played a key role in developing what became the largest performing contractor/company in the EQR programme, and was recognised by Fletcher EQR as the highest performing Project Manager within the first 2 years.

In recent years Stacy has further upskilled, and trained as a Building Surveyor, currently working towards an accreditation in building surveying.

Stacy is passionate about efficient building solutions and strives to deliver cost effective resolutions and the highest quality possible for his clients. He also has a design flair, a clear understanding of a client brief, and a sixth sense for delivering project aesthetics beyond his budgets.

“Opportunities don't happen, you create them.”

Roxy Baty

Roxy, is our Office Manager (aka ADMIN QUEEN) who keeps all the behind-the-scenes work ticking along, allowing the rest of the team to get on with what they do best.

Roxy was born and raised in West Auckland, then lived on the Hibiscus Coast for 25 years, and has recently relocated to the mighty Waikato. Roxy has over 30 years’ experience in all things admin / office management / accounts / payroll, and for the past 10 years has aligned her skills to the construction / trade industry.

Roxy is a mum and step mum, with her children now all grown up and scattered across the country creating their own paths in life but still coming back to her when they want something (sometimes advice, but usually just money).

Roxy and her husband love to spend a lot of time exploring our beautiful country. Roxy considers herself the luckiest of the team when it comes to being able to work from absolutely anywhere due to the nature of her job, so this means she may well be sitting on a beach, in a bay or beside a lake when you get in touch!

Roxy has worked with some very interesting people over the years, some fantastic, others less than desirable, she is happy to say that these days she feels incredibly lucky to be working with this awesome inspiring team.
